Basic Quiche Recipe:

Ingredients:

4 Medium Sized Eggs

0.5 Cup of Self Raising Flour

1 Cup of Milk

0.5 Cup of Cream

1.5 Cups of Cheese

2 Cups of Mixed Cooked Vegetables

Salt and Pepper for Seasoning

Method:

1. Combine the eggs, flour, milk, cream, pepper and salt in a medium sized mixing bowl.

2. Now stir in the cheese and vegetables.

3. Now pour your combined mixture into your quiche dish and bake in the oven at 180c for 40 minutes then serve.
