Ingredients:
1 Large Mango Peeled And Stones Removed
2 Bananas, Peeled And Roughly Chopped
500ml Pineapple Juice
2 Tablespoon Honey
6 Tablespoons Natural Yogurt
Method:
Place
all of your ingredients in one place before you begin cooking. Also, make
sure to wash the countertops and your hands before you begin your smoothie
endeavor.
Allow mango and bananas to
reach room temperature if they are fresh.
Peel the mango and remove
the stones. Chop mango into several pieces if you wish.
Peel the banana and chop
into pieces
Prepare blender.
Add mango and bananas into
the blender.
Place pineapple juice and
honey into the blender as well.
Add the 6 tablespoons of
yogurt into the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Adjust the sweetness to
taste and pour into serving glasses.
