1 - 1 1/2 lbs Fish Fillet (A Firm Fish Is Preferred, Such As
Grouper, Swordfish, Or Halibut)
Lemon Soy Marinade
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder (Or 1 Clove Of Garlic, Minced)
1/4 tsp Hot Sauce
1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method:
1. Combine ingredients for the marinade in a jar or
bottle and shake until well blended. Place fish in a shallow dish and cover
with marinade.
2. Marinate fish in refrigerator for up to 1 hour. Grill
fish over medium heat for about 6 minutes per side depending on thickness of
fish.
3. Serve with new potatoes and green vegetables.
