Chicken Salad Recipe:

Ingredients:

¾ Cups Light Mayonnaise

½ tsp Ginger

½ tsp Salt

3 Cup Cooked Chicken

1 ½ Cups Red Seedless Grapes

1 Cups Sliced Celery

1/3 Cups Sliced Green Onion

½ Cups Broken Walnuts

Ground Black Pepper

Method:

Clean your chicken if appropriate. Make sure to wash your hands before handling any type of poultry.

Combine the mayonnaise, ginger and salt into a medium sized mixing bowl.

Stir in the chicken, grapes, celery, green onion and walnut. Mix all of the ingredients together until it blends well.

Place the chicken salad on a whole wheat bun and serve with a lettuce leaf.
