Steak Diane Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 Cups Claret

2 Cups Fountain Tomato Sauce

½ Cup Worcestershire Sauce

5 Cloves Garlic

2 Sirloin Steaks


Method:

1.    Gather all ingredients before you begin cooking.

Mix all ingredients except the steaks together in a bowl.

Then store it in a screw topped jar in fridge.

When using, heat up and add a little fresh cream if desired.

Cook the steaks on a grill or in the oven. Cooking it on medium rare usually takes about 5-6 minutes depending on how you like it. If you like it cooked a bit longer then try to cook it for about 10 minutes longer.

All these times depend on how thick the steaks are. When the steaks are ready pour the sauce over and serve with salad and chips.
