Scallops Wrapped In Bacon:

Ingredients:

24 Large Scallops
12 Slices Of Bacon, Cut In Half
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder 

Method:

1. Preheat boiling pan. Combine 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper with 1 tsp. of garlic powder.

2. Wrap scallop with bacon strip and secure with toothpick. Sprinkle salt mixture on scallop.

3. Place in boiling water for 5−8 minute then serve.
