Brandy Cream Sauce:

Ingredients:

5/8 Cup Brandy
1 Can Beef Stock
5/8 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Butter

Method:

1. Put brandy in saucepan. Light the brandy, shake over medium heat until flame goes out (about 4-5 minutes).

2. Add the stock. Add the cream. Cook over medium heat until reduced by half. Add the butter. Pour over grilled, sliced beef, pork, chicken, lamb
