250g Medium
Egg Noodles, Cooked & Drained
½ Bunch Salad Onions, Finely Chopped
½ x 15g Pack Coriander, Chopped
½ x 300g Pack Bean Sprouts
200g Mixed Salad
3 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
Method:
1. Mix the finely chopped onions with the coriander, bean
sprouts and salad. Then add the soy sauce to taste if you prefer a kick to
your noodles I would recommend putting extra soy sauce in the wok or using
dark soy sauce.
2. You then need to mix it together then serve in a salad
bowl. It makes a lovely side dish to a meat meal or is wonderful for a hot
lunch on a hectic day but I prefer this as a starter.
